What is Brand Voices?

Brand Voices is a tool that analyzes your existing content to detect and emulate your unique writing style. It allows the AI to maintain consistent tone and personality across all the content it produces for you, ensuring your brand voice remains cohesive.

How to use Brand Voices

1. Navigate to Brand Voices - Find and click on Brand Voices in your menu
2. Create your first brand voice - Click on "ADD content"
3. Choose your input method - You can either:
4. • Drop in a URL (note that not all URLs work)
   • Copy and paste text content (requires at least 100 words)
5. Review the results - The AI will generate:
6. • A name (which you can edit)
   • A description of the detected writing style
   • An example of writing in this style
7. Save your brand voice - You have two options:
8. • "Save to Brand Voices" - Saves it to your Brand Voices table
   • "Push to Brand Playbook" - Saves it AND makes it the default tone for your entire account

When to use this tool

• When you want to maintain consistent writing style across all AI-generated content
• When you're establishing a new brand and need to define its voice
• When you want to analyze the tone of your existing content
• When you need multiple brand voices for different purposes or audiences

Remember, the more content you provide for analysis, the more accurate your Brand Voice will be. Be mindful about the content you feed into the AI!
