One thing before you search the store
In the App Store and on Google Play, the app is listed as LeadConnector, not ElevateAI. That's the right app. ElevateAI runs on the LeadConnector platform and the mobile app ships under that name in both stores, so searching for "ElevateAI" won't find it. Use the buttons above, then sign in with the same email and password you use at crm.elevatenext.ai.
We'd rather tell you here than have you search the store, find nothing, and assume there's no app.

How to install it

Open the store
Tap Download on the App Store or Get it on Google Play above. The store opens on the LeadConnector listing.

Install it
Install it the way you install anything else. The download is free; your ElevateAI plan pays for the account behind it.

Sign in
Open the app and sign in with the same email and password you use at crm.elevatenext.ai. Forgotten it? Reset it there first, then come back.

Turn on notifications
Say yes when your phone asks. A lead you find out about tomorrow is a lead somebody else already called.
What it runs on
- iPhone and iPad

- Recent Android versions. Google Play will tell you if yours is too old.
Apple and Google publish the current requirements on the store listings, and those change with every release. If the two ever disagree, the store listing is right.
If something goes wrong
You can't find it in the store
You're probably searching for ElevateAI. Search for LeadConnector instead, or use the buttons at the top of this page.
Your sign-in is rejected
Reset your password at crm.elevatenext.ai and try again. If it still won't go through, ask whoever manages your account to confirm your user exists and is active.
Notifications aren't arriving
Two switches both have to be on: your phone's notification permission for the app, and the notification settings inside the app. Check the phone first.
You're in the wrong account
If you have access to more than one account, switch between them from the account menu inside the app.

Why is the app called LeadConnector?
Because ElevateAI runs on the LeadConnector platform, and the mobile app ships under that name in both app stores. It's the same account and the same data you see at crm.elevatenext.ai. Use the buttons on this page and you'll land on the right listing.
Does the app cost extra?
No. It's included on every plan (Core, Growth and Pro), and every plan includes unlimited users, so your whole team can install it at no extra cost.
Is what I see on my phone separate from the web version?
No. It is one account. Answer a text on your phone and the same contact record updates on the web a second later, because there is only one copy of it.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Unlimited users on every plan. What each person can see and do in the app follows the permissions set on their user, not a separate mobile setting.
Do I need the desktop app as well?
No. They are alternatives, not a set. Plenty of people use the phone app and the web version and never install anything on their laptop.
What happens when I switch phones?
Install it again and sign in. Nothing lives only on the phone: your account is the record, and the app is a window onto it.
