Payments, invoicing & proposals

Get paid faster, without a separate payment app.

ElevateAI handles the money side of the job: build estimates and proposals your client can accept and sign, turn them into one-time or recurring invoices, and take card payments by text, at the counter or on a booking page. Every payment is recorded on the customer's record next to their texts, appointments, and notes. You connect your own card processor, so processing fees stay between you and your processor.

Estimates and proposals that close

Send a clean estimate or proposal instead of a number in a text thread. The client opens it on their phone, accepts, and signs, and it becomes an invoice: no printing, no scanning, no waiting for a callback.

  • Build estimates and proposals from reusable templates
  • Client accepts and signs online, on any device
  • Accepted estimates convert straight to an invoice
  • See when a proposal was opened and signed
  • Signed documents stay on the contact record
  • Follow-up reminders for proposals nobody answered

How do I invoice and get paid by text?

Send a Text-2-Pay link. The customer taps it, pays by card on their phone, and the invoice marks itself paid, which beats mailing a statement and hoping. Recurring invoices handle retainers and memberships on their own schedule.

  • One-time invoices and recurring invoices for retainers
  • Text-2-Pay links customers pay from their phone
  • Automatic payment reminders on unpaid invoices
  • Partial payments and deposits
  • Receipts sent automatically after payment
  • Paid, unpaid, and overdue visible in one list

Take payment in person

For on-site work and counter sales, collect the card while you are standing there. Tap-2-Pay turns a supported phone into a card reader, and the point-of-sale view handles quick in-person checkouts.

  • Tap-2-Pay on a supported phone, no extra terminal
  • Point-of-sale checkout for on-site jobs and walk-ins
  • In-person payments land on the same contact record
  • Device and region requirements apply to Tap-2-Pay
  • Fall back to a Text-2-Pay link when a card is not present

Connect the processor you already use

You connect your own card processor (Stripe, for example) so money moves through an account in your name. Once it is connected, payments post automatically to the customer's record and into your reporting.

  • Connect your own card processor, such as Stripe
  • A processor connection is required to accept payments
  • Standard processing fees are set by your processor, not by us
  • Payments post to the contact record and to reporting
  • Payment events can trigger workflows, like a review request

Included on every plan, and a real person sets it up with you in two 1-on-1 calls in your first week.

The part nobody else does

Every plan comes with people, not just software.

  • White-glove onboarding. Two 1-on-1 calls in your first week: we set up the tech with you, then train you on the daily tools. Recorded, so you keep everything.
  • Live chat + video support. Talk to a human when you are stuck. Screen-share when it is easier to show than tell.
  • Bi-weekly office hours. Drop into a live session with our team every other week. Bring questions, leave with answers.
  • Courses & training videos. A course library and step-by-step feature videos included with every account. Learn at 2am if that is your speed.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What payment processor does ElevateAI use?

You connect your own (Stripe, for example). Funds settle into your processor account in your name, and standard processing fees are set by that processor rather than by us. A processor connection is required before you can accept payments, and our team walks you through connecting it.

Can I set up recurring payments or subscriptions?

Yes. Recurring invoices bill on the schedule you set, which covers retainers, memberships, and payment plans. Receipts go out automatically and each payment is recorded on the customer's record.

Can I text an invoice to a customer?

Yes. Text-2-Pay sends a payment link by SMS; the customer pays by card on their phone and the invoice marks itself paid. Reminders can go out automatically on anything still unpaid.

Can I take payment in person?

Yes. Tap-2-Pay lets a supported phone accept a card without a separate terminal, and the point-of-sale view handles counter and on-site checkouts. Device and region requirements apply to Tap-2-Pay, so confirm your setup on your onboarding call.

Can I collect a deposit when someone books?

Yes. A booking calendar can require a full payment or a deposit on the booking page, and the payment is saved to the same contact record as the appointment. You can invoice the balance later or send a Text-2-Pay link.
