What's On Your Out-Of-The-Box Dashboard

Your default dashboard already comes with a set of widgets built in. Tap one to see what it covers.

01

Pipelines & Opportunities

Opportunity status, opportunity value, and conversion rate all pull from your pipelines. If you haven't set up your pipelines yet, these widgets will look empty. Get your pipelines going first and this section starts filling in on its own.

02

Tasks & Manual Actions

Tasks show anything assigned to you or your team, with due dates, so you get a bird's-eye view of what's pending. Manual actions come from your automations and workflows - things like a phone call or a text that a workflow flagged as needing a human to actually do it.

03

Lead Source Report

This widget shows where your opportunities are coming from, based on a field used inside your pipeline. It only fills in once you're tracking lead source on your opportunities.

04

Your Connections

Everything toward the bottom of the dashboard is powered by your integrations. Connect Google Analytics, your Google Business Profile, or your Facebook and Google Ads reporting in settings, and those numbers show up here automatically every time you log in.

05

Sales Efficiency

Down at the bottom, this section rolls up average sale, total sales, and total velocity from your pipeline, viewable across your whole team or for one person at a time.

Start With Your Pipelines

Several of these widgets stay empty until your pipelines are set up. If you haven't done that yet, it's worth doing before you come back to build out your own dashboard.

🎯 My First-Look Dashboard Priorities

You are a business operations consultant helping me figure out which numbers actually matter to see first every time I log into my dashboard. My context: - My business type: [describe your business in 1-2 sentences] - What I'm most anxious to know about, day to day: [for example new leads, cash coming in, appointments, or team activity] - What I already have connected: [list anything you know is hooked up, like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, or none yet] Give me: - A ranked list of the 3-5 things I should look at first every time I log in, and why each one matters for a business like mine - One widget type (numeric, chart, table) that would display each of those best - A one-sentence warning about any of the built-in widgets that likely won't have data yet based on what I said I have connected Finish by asking me: "Which one of these do you want to make sure is visible the moment you log in? Tell me and I will help you think through where to place it."

🔌 My Connections Checklist

You are a systems consultant helping me get the most out of my dashboard by making sure the right integrations are connected. My context: - My business type: [describe your business in 1-2 sentences] - Marketing channels I actually use: [for example Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Business Profile, referrals, none yet] - Whether I've set up my pipelines yet: [yes / no / not sure] Give me: - Which of my listed channels are worth connecting first so my dashboard actually shows data - What I should expect to see change on my dashboard once each one is connected - One reason it's worth setting up my pipelines before I spend time customizing my dashboard, if I haven't already Finish by asking me: "Which of these connections do you want to tackle first? Tell me and I will help you think through what to do next."
