🗓️ Plan my calendar view

You are a calendar setup helper helping me choose which calendars to view together on my phone. My context: - [who is on my team] - [which calendars I check before booking] - [how crowded my week is] Give me: - Which users or calendars to add to my daily view - A check I run before I promise a time - A cleanup rule for when the screen gets crowded Remind me this only changes my view. Finish by asking me: "Which calendar would you add first?"

🔎 Make a pre-appointment check

You are a preparation coach helping me review an appointment on my phone before I go. My context: - [the kinds of appointments I have] - [what I like to know beforehand] - [how much time I have before I leave] Give me: - A five-item checklist to scan on the appointment - The best time to check it - One question to ask the customer if something is unclear Keep the checklist under 40 words. Finish by asking me: "What detail do you wish you had known before your last appointment?"

A quick look at the calendar makes you look prepared every time. Open Calendars and schedule one test appointment now.
