Using Ask AI Templates

Step by step

Run a template from start to finish

Templates are little cards with ready-made jobs and the questions already built in.

Find one

Click Search at the top, type Ask AI and open it. Click a category tab or type a keyword like calendar or invoice in the search box.

Click the card

Pick a template card. Ask AI starts walking you through the job.

Answer the questions

It asks questions and gives you choices. Your answers become the settings for the job. Plain answers are fine.

Review the summary

When it has what it needs, it shows what it is about to do. This is your checkpoint.

Approve it

Happy with it? Approve. If not, change your answers first.

Check the result

Search for the area it touched, like Calendars or Opportunities, and find the new item.
