Touring the Reputation Dashboard

⏱️ 4-6 min

Find your way around the Reputation Overview, read each card, change a card's timeframe, and name the six tabs.

The Overview cards

What each card tells you

Click Reputation in your left menu and you land on the Overview tab. Click a tab below to see what each group of cards shows.

Invite Goals

This card shows a goal for how many review requests you send. You can't edit it. It steps up as you hit each target, a little like levels in a game.

  • Not editable
  • Moves up as you send more requests

Reviews Received and Avg Rating

Reviews Received counts new reviews from Google and Facebook for the timeframe you pick. Avg Rating is your average star score for that same window.

  • Both follow the timeframe set on the card

Spot a bad review at a glance

Your software reads each review and labels it positive, neutral, or negative. If someone left stars with no words, it uses the stars.

  • Positive, neutral, negative
  • Stars only? Stars decide the label

Invite Trends and Review Trends

Invite Trends shows how many review requests you sent by text and by email. Review Trends is a bar graph of reviews coming in, month over month.

  • Requests going out
  • Reviews coming in

Latest Review Requests and Latest Review

Latest Review Requests shows who you asked, by what channel, and when. Latest Review lists your newest reviews with the customer's name.

  • Found at the bottom of the page

⚡ Tips

  • Each card has its own timeframe, so change them one at a time.
  • The Online Listings card only shows if the listings add-on is turned on for your account.
  • The Guided Review Setup Wizard only appears on new accounts that have not finished setup. If you don't see it, you're fine.
  • Look for the three dots in the corner of a card. Most people miss them.
