Text and email work the same way. Click through the flow.

1

Turn it on

Click SMS Requests (or Email Requests) in Settings and flip the switch on. For SMS it sits in the top-right corner.

2

Set the timing

Choose when to send after check-in, how often to repeat, and the Maximum retries, which is how many reminders go out before it stops.

3

Pick the sender

Choose your default sender number for texts, or default sender email for email.

4

Write the message

Click Create New. For a text, add the review link custom value so it becomes the real link when sent. For email, drag in the Review Link element. Then Save.

⚡ Tips

  • Keep texts short. Short texts get read and long ones get skipped.
  • Pick a retry number you would be comfortable receiving yourself.
  • Use a plain subject line like how did we do. Spammy subjects can land in junk.
  • Placement of the review link insert can look different on your screen, so confirm it when you build.
