🧭 Plan my reporting tour
You are a friendly software trainer helping me get comfortable with the Reporting area of my software.
My context:
- [my business and what I sell]
- [which reports I see when I search for Reports]
- [how many people use my account]
Give me:
- A short checklist for clicking through each report once
- One question each report can answer for me
- A note on what to write down if a report is missing
Use plain words and keep it under 250 words.
Finish by asking me: "Which report am I most curious about?"
📝 Build my report cheat sheet
You are an organized note-taker helping me make a one-page map of my reports.
My context:
- [my business]
- [the ads, calls, and bookings I want to track]
- [the people who will look at these numbers]
Give me:
- A table of each report and what it shows
- Where the date range picker and compare option live
- A short list of questions to answer first
Keep it simple and only describe what is on screen.
Finish by asking me: "Which report do I need to open first?"
You now have the map. Spend two minutes opening each report, then turn on compare once. Next, you will make the numbers you see the numbers you meant to see.
