Put Your Brand Board to Work

โฑ๏ธ 6-8 min

Your Brand Board is only useful once it's actually showing up in your websites, funnels, and emails. Here's exactly where to find it and how to apply it.

4 steps

Apply Your Colors In The Builder

The website builder and the funnel builder are the same builder, so this works identically in both.

1

Select The Element

Click on the headline, section, button, or text you want to style.

2

Open The Color Picker

Look for the color swatch. Depending on what you clicked, you may see it labeled Styles or under a general color option.

3

Pick From Your Labeled Colors

Your Brand Board colors show up right there by name, Primary, Accent, Success, Text, Background, exactly how you labeled them when you set up your board.

4

Save Your Page

The color applies instantly to that element. Save the page once you're happy with it.

A quick recommendation: use your Primary or Accent color in the header and footer of your site, and save Background colors for things like columns, rows, and section backgrounds.

Where every file you upload gets stored, including your Brand Board logos, organized into a folder named after each Brand Board.
A separate feature (not part of Brand Boards) that lets you save a section, like a header or footer, at the account level so any changes sync everywhere it's used. Worth knowing about if you're building out your brand across many pages.

โšก Tips

  • Only your default Brand Board shows up in these pickers, so double check which board is set as default before you start styling.
  • Updating your Brand Board's colors or logo does not automatically restyle pages, funnels, or emails you already built, you'll need to go back in and reapply anything you want updated.
  • Brand Board colors also show up in forms, surveys, and quizzes wherever there's a color picker, so check there too if that's part of your workflow.
  • This feature keeps growing. Check back inside this course as more places light up with Brand Board support.

You are a project manager helping me build a punch list for applying my new Brand Board across everything I already have live. My context: - What I already have built: [list what applies, for example a website, a funnel, email templates, forms] - How much time I can realistically spend on this per week: [describe] - Whether I'm doing this myself or handing pieces off to someone else: [describe] Give me: - A prioritized punch list of what to restyle first, second, and third, with a one-line reason for the order - A rough time estimate for each item - One thing to double check after each item is done, so nothing gets missed Finish by asking me: "Want me to turn the first item on this list into a step-by-step you can follow right now?"

๐Ÿ“ง Branding My Email Templates Consistently

You are an email design consultant helping me apply my Brand Board consistently across every email template I use. My context: - The email templates I currently send (list them, for example newsletter, receipt, appointment reminder): [list them] - My Brand Board's colors and what I've labeled them: [list your Primary, Accent, Success, Text, Background] - Anything about my current emails that already feels off-brand: [describe, or say "not sure yet"] Give me: - Which of my brand colors belongs where in a typical email (header, footer, buttons, links) - One thing to fix first across all my templates - A simple checklist I can run through every time I build a new email template going forward Finish by asking me: "Want me to write that checklist out as something you can save and reuse?"
