Feature Launch Pad

Getting Started
with the Launch Pad

A fast, guided way to go from an empty account to a real working business system, one step at a time. No perfection required, just progress.

Why it matters

Done Beats Perfect

The number one mistake people make is trying to set everything up perfectly before they ever actually use it. You do not learn your software by studying it. You learn it by using it, and that is exactly what the Launch Pad is built to get you doing.

🎯

Learn by doing, not by studying

Days in settings and every help article read twice will not build confidence. Using the software will.

✅

Progress beats polish

Your first contact does not have to be organized perfectly. Your first email does not have to be a masterpiece. It just has to exist so you can improve it.

🛠

A real working system

By the time you finish, you will have contacts in your system, a way to communicate with them, a campaign ready to go, a bookable calendar, and a way to get paid.

📌

One guided step at a time

Each step shows a short video, then sends you to go actually do that one thing. Finish it and watch your progress fill in.

"Done beats perfect every single time. The moment something exists inside your account, you can improve it, test it, and learn from it. You cannot do any of that with a blank screen."
Getting oriented

How Your Software Is Laid Out

Before you start clicking through the Launch Pad, get oriented on the left side menu. Think of it as two sections split by a line, so you always know exactly where to go.

Manage your people

Everything above the line is your CRM: your conversations, your calendar and appointments, your contacts and their information, your opportunities and pipeline, and your payments and transactions. These are the tools you use to work with people already in your world.

Market to your people

Everything below the line is your marketing and automation engine: email and social campaigns, automations and workflows, websites and funnels, membership courses, media storage, and your reputation and reporting. This is where you bring new people in and stay in front of the ones you already have.

Foundational, Marketing, Sales, Website, E-commerce

The Launch Pad is organized into five sections: Foundational Setup, Marketing and Lead Generation, Sales and Conversations, Website and Monetization, and E-commerce. You will move between both halves of the menu as you go.

Watch it, then go do it

Each Launch Pad step has a short video. Watch it, then actually go do the task, like creating your first contact. Once you finish, that step shows one hundred percent complete.

Tips

Worth remembering

  • Done beats perfect. Do not wait until every setting feels ready before you start.
  • If you have not completed your basic account setup yet, business profile, billing, and staff, do that first before starting the Launch Pad.
  • Above the line manages your people. Below the line markets to your people. That one sentence explains most of the menu.
  • Each Launch Pad step is a quick action, not a long training. Follow the instructions and move on.

🗺️Map my Launch Pad order
You are helping me decide the smartest order to work through a 5-part setup checklist inside my business software: Foundational Setup, Marketing and Lead Generation, Sales and Conversations, Website and Monetization, and E-commerce. Here is my situation: - My business type: [describe it in 1-2 sentences] - What I most urgently need working: [example: getting paid, following up with leads, booking appointments] - Time I can realistically give this in the next 7 days: [example: three 30-minute sessions] Based on that, tell me: 1. Which order to tackle the 5 sections in, and why that order fits my situation 2. One thing I should NOT worry about perfecting in my first pass 3. A simple way to know I am done enough with a section to move to the next one Finish by asking me which section I want to start with today.
📝Turn the layout into my own cheat sheet
You are helping me turn a simple mental model into a one-page cheat sheet for my own business. The model: everything "above the line" in my software manages people already in my world, conversations, calendar, contacts, opportunities, and payments. Everything "below the line" markets to new and existing people, campaigns, automations, websites and funnels, and reporting. My context: - My role: [your job title] - The 3 things I do most often in a typical week: [list them] Write me a short cheat sheet that maps each of my 3 weekly activities to "above the line" or "below the line," in plain language, so I always know which half of the menu to open first. Finish by asking me which of the two halves I feel less confident in, so we can focus there next.
