Tour the app
Everything lives in one of five places
Click a tab to see what each part of the app does.
The bell at the top right
Tap the bell to see your alerts. Use the first dropdown to pick the location, and most of you will only have one. Then filter by type and by status.
Types: conversations, appointments, tasks, reputation, or a custom notification
Status: all, read, or unread
Profile, security and app settings
Open Settings to edit your first name, last name, email, and phone number. Security is where you change your password.
App settings: switch between light and dark mode, and choose your language
Also here: payment settings, inbound call settings, and additional resources
Additional resources: diagnose notifications, support and diagnostics, and licensing
Your app version sits under Log out
Your day at a glance

Pin and search
Set up your pinned apps, then search
Do these on your phone while you watch.
1
Open Edit
On Home, open Pinned Apps and tap Edit. You will see the four apps that are pinned right now.
2
Pick your four
You can only pin four. Search for an app, or check and uncheck boxes. Good starters are Tasks, Calendar, Conversations, and Contacts.
3
Reorder
Drag your pinned apps into the order you want, then close the window. Your four apps now sit on Home.
4
Use Universal Search
Tap Search. It looks across all of your apps at once, so one search finds the contact, their conversations, and their opportunities.
5
Search a small piece
Only remember the last four digits of a phone number or one word from a message? Type that. A small piece is often enough.
