Creating a Product & One-Time Price

⏱️ 5-7 min

Build a product with a title, description, and image, add a one-time price, and use Duplicate to copy it.

Step by step

Build your first product

Build it once, then use it in payment links, funnels, invoices, and forms.

1

Start a product

Click Search at the top of your screen, type Products and open it. Click Create Product at the top right.

2

Fill in the top

Type a clear Title, add a short Description, and upload a square Media image. These show on checkout pages.

3

Check the options

Look for the Include in Online Store toggle, an optional Product Label, and a Product Collection dropdown. Skip the label and collection for now.

4

Choose One-Time

Scroll to pricing and set the type to One-Time. Add an internal Pricing Name and enter the Amount.

5

Finish the price

Compare-at Price is optional. Pick your Currency, leave Track Inventory off for services and downloads, then click Save.

6

Duplicate it

On the product list, click the three dots at the end of the row, open Actions, and choose Duplicate.

What each field is for

🔖

Compare-at Price

Optional. Shows the original price next to yours so people see the savings.

📦

⚡ Tips

  • Do not rush the Include in Online Store toggle. Leave it off if you only use payment links or invoices.
  • Need another price later? Add it to the same product instead of building a new one.
  • Taxes, shipping, and extra options can vary by account and plan, so stick to the fields you see.
  • A copy is named Copy of and then your product name, so rename it right away.
