Step by step

Write a draft in your email template

Nothing is sent while you experiment. Open any template and follow along.

Open a template

Click Search at the top of your screen and type Email Builder, then open any email template. A throwaway test works fine.

Click into a text block

Select any block with words in it. The AI button only shows when your cursor is inside the text.

Open Content AI

Click the Content AI button in the editing options and choose Generate with AI. A panel opens.

Set type, tone, and topic

Pick a content type and a tone like friendly or professional. Then type a short, specific topic.

Generate, then insert or regenerate

Click Generate and read the draft. Insert it if you like it, or regenerate for a fresh version.

Rate it and find it later

Use thumbs up or down under the result. To see past results, search for Content AI and open it.

⚡ Tips

If you cannot find the button, make sure the text block is selected. This is the top reason people miss it.
Button labels can change slightly. Look for the AI button if yours reads differently.
Never send a first draft without reading it. Fix names and details.
You cannot edit thumbs feedback after you send it, so write your comment before you submit.
