Connect a domain the automatic way, approve it at your provider, and watch it go from Pending to connected.
Step by step
The automatic route
If your domain company is supported, your software adds the records for you. You just click and approve.
1
Start
Click Search at the top of your screen and type Domains, then open it. Stay on the Domains tab and click + Connect a domain.
2
Pick the product
Choose the option for funnels, websites, stores, blogs, and webinars, then click Connect on that one.
3
Enter your domain
Type a domain or a subdomain you own, like offers.yourbusiness.com. Then click Continue.
4
Authorize
If your provider is supported, click Authorize. Sign in at your domain company and approve the request.
5
Watch the status
Go back to the Domains tab. It may show Pending first. Wait, refresh, and it changes to connected.
If it stalls
Quick fixes
Most hiccups on this route are small.
The provider window did not open
Your browser may be blocking pop-ups. Allow them for your software, then click Authorize again.
Check the address bar for a blocked pop-up icon
Sign in to the right account
Use the account that actually owns the domain, not another one you have.
Look for the domain in your provider's list
Give it time
Changes can take up to 24 hours to spread. Do not start a second connection for the same domain.
Refresh the page after a while
After a full day, double check the records

🔐 Prep my automatic connection
You are a calm domain setup guide helping me get ready to connect a domain the automatic way.
My context:
- [the domain or subdomain I will connect]
- [the company where I bought it]
- [the page type I am building: funnel, website, store, blog, or webinar]
Give me:
- A short pre-flight checklist before I click Connect
- What to have open in my browser
- A list of what to check if the status stays Pending
Keep it under 200 words and use plain words.
Finish by asking me: "Which domain company holds your domain?"
📝 Write my connection log
You are a tidy documentation helper helping me keep notes on each domain I connect.
My context:
- [domain or subdomain]
- [provider name]
- [date I started and what the status showed]
Give me:
- A simple table template for tracking my domains
- A line for status checks over the first 24 hours
- A short note on what to do if it is still Pending after a day
Keep the template to six columns or fewer.
Finish by asking me: "What other details do you want to track for each domain?"
That is the easiest way to connect a domain. Try it in your own account with a subdomain, and enjoy watching the status turn connected.
