Use a test contact so you can click around without touching a real customer.

Start the chat

Click Search at the top, type Ask AI and open it, then click New chat and type Summarize a contact.

Name the contact

Ask AI asks who. Give a name, an email address, or a phone number. Email and phone are unique, so they are the safest.

Pick the match

If more than one person matches, you see a list. Choose the right one.

Read the summary

You get profile and contact details, lead source, and when the contact was created. Look for pipeline opportunities, upcoming appointments, and pending tasks too.

Ask follow-ups

Stay in the same chat and ask plain questions like what tasks are pending or when the next appointment is. It remembers who you mean.

Make a change

Ask it to create a task or update a field. It shows a confirmation first. Read it, then approve or cancel.
