Ad Manager Tour

⏱️ 4-6 min

Find Campaigns, Statistics, the Settings gear, and the platform selector so you know where everything lives.

Where it lives

Four places to know

Click Search at the top of your screen and type Ad Manager, then open it. Once you are in, the whole tool comes down to four spots.

Your list of ad efforts

The big area in the middle is your Campaigns list. A campaign is one ad effort, like Spring Promo. Every campaign you build shows up here.

  • Click + Create Campaign to start a new ad
  • Each row shows the campaign and its status

Your results screen

This tab shows how your ads are doing, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and spend.

  • Impressions means how many times your ad was shown
  • Check it often to see if something looks off

Behind-the-scenes setup

Click the gear to find tabs for Integrations, Pages, Conversions, and Audiences. You do not need to change anything yet.

  • Integrations holds your ad accounts
  • Pages holds your Facebook pages
  • Conversions is for tracking results
  • Audiences saves groups of people to reach

Switch between networks

Look for the selector that lets you switch between Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn. Each one has its own campaigns and its own connected account.

  • Not connected yet? You will see a button to connect
Why it matters

Why run ads from here

The ad and the lead live in the same place, so you can see the whole trail.

🧭

One place to look

No more bouncing between an ad tab and your contact records, then guessing.

✅

Fewer mistakes

You are not copying numbers from one screen to another, so there is one source of truth.

  • If you ever feel lost, come back to the four places: Campaigns, Statistics, gear, selector.
  • You can also find it in your menu, but menus can be renamed, so search is the sure way.
