Accessibility Statement
Last updated October 23, 2026 · ElevateAI
This statement describes ElevateAI's commitment to making our websites, applications and services usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities, and tells you how to reach us if you encounter an accessibility barrier. It applies to elevatenext.ai, our related websites and our applications, including crm.elevatenext.ai. It is an informational statement, not a contract.
1. Our Commitment
1.1 ElevateAI wants everyone to be able to use our websites and applications, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control and keyboard-only navigation. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we are committed to improving it continuously.
2. The Standard We Aim For
2.1 We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as the benchmark we aim to meet across our websites and applications. WCAG is the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
2.2 Our platforms evolve quickly, and some content or features may not yet fully meet this benchmark. When we learn of a barrier, we work to remove it or to provide the information or function in an alternative accessible way.
3. Feedback and Contact
3.1 If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our websites or in our applications (a page you cannot navigate, content you cannot perceive, or a function you cannot operate), please tell us. Include the web address or app screen, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. You can reach us:
- (a) by email to [email protected], with the subject line "Accessibility";
- (b) by phone at +1 212 287 9171; or
- (c) by mail to ElevateAI, 8 The Green, Ste R, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States.
3.2 We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days. If you need particular content from our sites in an alternative accessible format, contact us through the channels above and we will try to provide it.
4. Third-Party Content and Platforms
4.1 Some content and features on our sites and in our services are provided by third parties, for example embedded videos, payment pages and integrated tools. We do not control the accessibility of third-party content, but we take accessibility into account when choosing vendors, and we welcome reports of barriers in third-party features so we can raise them with the provider.
4.2 Websites, funnels and communications that our customers build using the ElevateAI platform are controlled by those customers, who are responsible for the accessibility of their own content.
5. Continuous Improvement
5.1 We consider accessibility in our design and development work and address reported barriers as part of ongoing product improvement. This statement will be updated as our accessibility program develops.
