Which review sites does ElevateAI support?

Google Business Profile and Facebook. Review requests route customers to either one, and new reviews from both come back into a single screen inside ElevateAI so you can read and reply without logging into each platform.

Does it ask for reviews automatically?

Yes. You choose the trigger (a job marked complete, an invoice paid, an appointment finished) and the request sends itself by text, email or both. A reminder follows if there is no response, and the sequence stops as soon as the customer leaves a review.

Does replying with AI cost extra?

Reviews AI is part of the AI Employee included with Growth and Pro. Both plans include unlimited Reviews AI under fair use. Other usage-based services, including review-request texts and emails, may have separate charges. See our pricing page for current rates.

Can I display my reviews on my own website?

Yes. Review widgets embed on any page you build in ElevateAI (your website, a landing page or a funnel step) so visitors see your rating and recent reviews right next to your form or booking calendar.

Do I approve replies before they post?

Always. Reviews AI drafts the reply; you read it, edit anything you want, and then post. No reply is published to Google or Facebook without you approving it.
