Do texts and emails share the same inbox?

Yes. Every reply (text, email, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, WhatsApp or webchat) lands in one unified inbox on that customer's record, in the order it happened. You reply from the same thread, and your team sees it was handled.

Can I schedule broadcasts ahead of time?

Yes. Any email or SMS broadcast can be scheduled for a future date and time, so you can build a month of sends in one sitting. Automated campaigns run on triggers instead of a calendar, and the two work together.

Do you support A2P text registration?

Yes. A2P 10DLC registration is required by US carriers for business texting, and we walk through it with you on the Tech Setup call in your first week: a 1-on-1 call where we also handle your domain, custom email, webchat widget, calendars, and phone setup. That call is included on every plan.

Can I text from my existing business number?

You get a business number inside ElevateAI for texting and calls, and your existing number can usually be ported or forwarded so callers keep dialing what they already know. Our team goes through the options with you on the Tech Setup call.
