What happens after I sign up?
You'll fill out a short form about your business, then book two 1-on-1 Zoom calls in your first week: a Tech Setup call where we configure everything with you, and a Training call where you learn the daily workflow. Both are recorded and sent to you.
Are there charges beyond my subscription?
Yes. Your plan covers its listed features and included allowances. Depending on what you use, separate charges can apply to calls, texts, emails, certain AI features and other usage-based services. Optional add-ons, phone numbers, carrier fees, registration fees and taxes can also add to your bill.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. ElevateAI has no contracts. Cancel whenever you like and take your data with you.
Will you help me switch from my current CRM?
Yes. ElevateAI has step-by-step switching guides for popular tools, contact import takes minutes with CSV, and our team is on live chat and Zoom whenever you get stuck.
How do I learn the platform beyond onboarding?
Every account includes our full course library in the member portal, plus a training-video site with step-by-step feature guides and fast tracks. And bi-weekly live office hours whenever you want a human.
Do I need the platform to hire your virtual assistants?
No platform purchase is needed: ElevateAI Teams is fully standalone, so you can hire a POD with or without the software.
